Privacy Policy

Tempo for Claude is an independent app and is not affiliated with Anthropic. This policy explains what data the app processes and how it is handled.

No Backend Server

Tempo for Claude does not operate its own backend server. No usage data is sent to or stored by the developer.

Data Stored Locally

The app reads and stores the following data exclusively on your devices:

• Claude Code usage metrics (token counts, session usage percentage)
• Session reset times and burn rate estimates
• Estimated costs based on local calculations
• Device sync state

This data does not leave your devices except through iCloud, as described below.

iCloud Sync

When iCloud sync is enabled, usage data is synchronized across your iPhone, Apple Watch, and Mac through your private iCloud account. This data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. The developer has no access to your iCloud data.

Anthropic Services

The macOS app connects to Anthropic services only when you explicitly sign in or authorize access. This connection is solely to read your Claude Code usage data. Tempo does not store your Anthropic credentials — authentication is handled by Anthropic's own systems.

Data We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect analytics or crash reports through third-party SDKs.
• We do not use advertising or tracking SDKs.
• We do not track users across apps or websites.
• We do not read or store the content of your prompts or code.
• We do not sell user data.

Children's Privacy

Tempo for Claude is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes materially, the updated date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
